High production: Up to 90-95%. In temperatures below 23°C, production can reach 100-130%. (Small cube ice machines typically achieve 50-60% in summer).
Low power consumption: Only 85KWH per ton of ice. In temperatures below 23°C, consumption ranges from 70KWH to 80KWH. (Small cube ice machines use around 150KWH to 165KWH per ton).
Easy operation: PLC program controller for automatic control, adapting to ambient temperature and water supply for ice making. No manual adjustment needed. Automatic ice dispensing and optional packing equipment save labor and ensure food safety.

TUBE ICE MACHINE TV SERIES
The Ice Tube Machine produces cylinder-shaped edible ice using a stainless steel tube evaporator.
Equipped with triple protection controls, it ensures ice formation without tube cracking.

FLAKE ICE MACHINE BF SERIES

Ice flake has some obvious advantage compared with traditional block ice (big block ice) and snow ice. Flake ice is dry and not easy to agglomerate; it has good mobility, sanitary.

It has been 10 years since the first generation of ice block machine which evaporator is shell-tube type.
Through 10 year efforts on technology, we have developed the second generation of ice block machine which adopt evaporator. The new type (new generation) ice block machine is energy saving and ice making more efficiency. This is where we need to go.
Product Features
- Installation of the new type ice block machine is simplified, utilizing hose tubes for setup.
- Smaller machines with the same daily capacity enhance mobility.
- The new type of ice block machine adopts a coil evaporator to prevent damage from brine concentration reduction.
- An agitator is implemented to circulate brine in the ice-making tank, offering better heat transfer and lower maintenance costs.
- Energy-saving: The new type ice block machine consumes 75 kWh per ton of ice, compared to the old type’s minimum of 110 kWh.
- The new type coil evaporator is applicable to ice block machines ranging from 1 ton to 100 tons.
- To minimize welding points and prevent evaporator leakage, the coil evaporator’s processing utilizes hydraulic pipe bending. Additionally, the coil tube’s thickness exceeds that of the shell-tube, resulting in a longer service life.
