Polyurethane Panel of Cold Room
Rigid polyurethane foam is globally recognized for its excellent thermal insulation, load resistance, and durability. In production, a metal plate is placed in a special mold and sprayed with polyurethane foaming agent using a computer-controlled device. This creates a complete color steel sandwich PU panel in one step.

We have 3 kinds of materials with various thickness and the application of the corresponding temperature. The standardized width of cold room panel is 1000mm and length can be 2000 – 2000mm
Cold Room Door
The doors are made of high quality materials with closed entire frame structure, rigid polyurethane foam. The inner and outer of door is covered with color steel (according to the customer’s request to choose material, such as: stainless steel, embossed aluminum etc.)
According to the way of opening and closing, there are different type of door hinge door, sliding door and electric sliding door. When the door is closed, the door automatically hold-down the floor and door frame, to ensure cold room has good sealing performance.

The thickness of cold room door have two type, 100mm and 150mm. Materials are double color steel, double stainless steel, one side color steel sheet and one side stainless steel.
